Our pathway begins with a Skill Assessment & Blueprint, where each athlete is evaluated against top North American peers and provided with a personalized development plan. From there, athletes can progress into elite summer training camps in the U.S., backed by year-round development programs in Korea to ensure consistent growth.
For families pursuing the prep school route, our exclusive showcase and placement services connect Korean athletes directly with U.S. prep coaches, helping secure invitations to Skate IDs and tryouts. Once in the U.S., our mentorship and exposure programs provide ongoing feedback, performance reporting, and guidance on placement into AAA, junior, and eventually NCAA programs.
This isn’t just a training program — it’s a pipeline. Each step builds on the last, giving athletes the skills, exposure, and confidence they need to move from youth hockey in Korea to U.S. prep schools, and ultimately, to the dream of competing at the NCAA and Ivy League level.
